Continuing the success and standards of excellence of the BBB Business Ethics Awards, BBB Serving Southern Alberta and East Kootenays is proud to present the new BBB TORCH AWARDS recognizing businesses for their achievements in displaying ethical leadership in the community.
Who is eligible?
All businesses and organizations (profit or non-profit) operating in Southern Alberta and East Kootenays for a minimum of one year. Nominees must be in good standing with BBB; however, BBB Accredited Business status is not a requirement for nomination or consideration.
AWARD CATEGORIES
The Marketplace Excellence Awards will be presented to one or more businesses in recognition of superior commitment to customers, stakeholders and community in:
1. Management Practices
2. Community/Investor/Stakeholder Relations
3. Communications and Marketing Practices, and/or
4. Industry Reputation
The Green Award will be presented to one or more businesses in recognition of blending financial success with a strong commitment to social change and environmental outcomes.
The Consumer Torch Award will be selected from consumer nominations for businesses they feel have advanced marketplace trust.
